How it works

From idea to upload, in four moves.

Every step is editable. Nothing is locked in. Hit regenerate as often as you like.

  1. 01

    Tell us your idea

A sentence or two: character, setting, age range, art style. Think 'a brave hedgehog who's afraid of the dark.' We do the rest.

  2. 02

    Watch it write itself

Story, characters, page-by-page text and image prompts — all generated live in your dashboard. Edit anything inline.

  3. 03

    Generate the art

Nano Banana Pro illustrates every page with reference-image character consistency. Regenerate any spread until it's perfect.

  4. 04

    Download KDP-ready PDFs

Interior + cover with correct trim, bleed, and spine width. Upload to Amazon KDP and you're a published author by the weekend.

Built to actually publish

Not a toy demo. A pipeline.

Every output is shaped by KDP's submission rules and the quirks of real publishing.

Identity-locked characters

Reference images keep the same kid in the same outfit on every spread. No more 'who is that' between page 7 and page 14.

Real reading-level calibration

Picture-book voice for ages 3–5; literary middle-grade prose for 9–12. Not the same text in bigger words.

KDP-spec PDFs, no rejections

0.125" bleed, 0.375" safe area, locked page count, white-paper spine formula. Built to upload first try.

Series mode

Define a recurring cast once. Every book in the series reuses the exact same reference images — pixel-identical characters across titles.

Editable everything

Title, author, dedication, blurb, page text, image prompt. Auto-save on every blur. You're always in control.

Regenerate anything

One bad page Re-roll it without touching the rest. Bad cover Try the other model. Drift Re-roll the prompts.

Series mode

Build a whole library around one cast.

Define your characters once — name, look, signature outfit. Every new book in the series reuses the same reference image, so the same kid shows up on the same kind of bike across ten different adventures. The book Amazon's algorithm wants to surface isn't the one-off — it's the series.

  • Define cast once, reuse across every book
  • Pixel-identical reference images every title
  • Per-series art style locks visual continuity
  • One-click 'add a sequel'

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I keep the rights to the book
Yes. The story, the illustrations, the cover — all yours. Publish on KDP, give as gifts, sell however you like.
Will Amazon KDP accept the PDFs
Yes. We follow the KDP submission spec exactly: 0.125" bleed on every side, 0.375" safe area, locked page count, correct spine formula for white-paper interiors. No upload-rejection loops.
How are characters consistent across pages
On the first generation each character gets a reference image (Nano Banana Pro at 2K). Every subsequent page is generated with that reference fed back in, plus a verbatim visual description. The same trick scales to whole series — once a character has a reference, every book in the series reuses it.
Can I edit the story after it's generated
Anything. Every field is inline-editable with auto-save: title, author, dedication, page text, image prompts. Regenerate single pages or the whole batch.
What if I don't like the cover
Toggle between Nano Banana Pro (best for character consistency) and GPT-image-1 (best for crisp title typography). Regenerate as many times as you need. Pay once on download.
Is there a subscription
